Device Control
Here you will see a variety of device control options that are offered with our Cabinets.
INTEGRATION
We offer custom solutions for data sharing with existing employee databases and building access control and facilities monitoring systems. Our GFMS™ Integrator, GFMS™ Sync Tool and SAM XML API each offer unique features at varying levels of integration. All of these applications aim to increase security while saving time and costs for your administrative personnel. Please visit our Integration page here for more information or download our Integrations PDF here to reference later.
SMARTPHONE (TOUCH FREE)
Our applications allow a cell phone to be used as a wireless input, control device, and biometric ID.
DIRECT CONTROL
Many KSI® Security Asset Managers (SAMs) and SWATBoxes are available in “Direct Control” versions. These are units from which the embedded systems that power our standard devices are omitted. This option can appeal to those who seek direct control over every position and door of a device without intermediary computing hardware and/or software. Visit our Direct Control PDF here for more information.
XML API
For developers, the SAM XML API offers the opportunity to completely control our Security Asset Managers through your custom application without the use of GFMS. Please visit our Direct Control PDF here for more information.
SYNC TOOL
GMFS Sync Tool sets up your GFMS for management through your existing system. Data source can be csv, spreadsheet database (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MSAccess). Please visit our GFMS Sync Tool page here for more information
GFMS (GLOBAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
Key Systems' GFMS™ brings together versatile management software, real time information and high security electronic asset control into a single system. Global Facilities Management System™ refers not to a specific security device or software application but to your entire Key Systems, Inc. install functioning together. All of our electronic asset control devices are designed to function as a part of your GFMS™ solution.
